Privacy policy

Dear Customer,

In accordance with applicable data protection laws (EU Regulation No. 679, 2016), we would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed ethically and transparently, solely for legal purposes and in a manner that protects your privacy and your rights.

Processing is carried out manually and with the aid of IT tools and is performed for the following purposes:

1. To receive and confirm your booking of accommodations and other services and to provide the requested services. Since this processing is necessary to define our contractual relationship and to fulfill our contract with you, your consent is mandatory. Should you refuse to provide your personal data, we will not be able to confirm your booking or offer you the requested services. Processing will cease after check-out, although some of your personal data may (or must) be further processed for the purposes described below;

2. In accordance with our “Law on Public Safety” (Article 109 of Royal Decree No. 773, 18/6/1931), which requires us to provide the police with the identification data of our guests for public safety purposes, as specified by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of January 7, 2013). Providing this data is mandatory and does not require your consent. If you refuse to provide this information, we will not be able to accommodate you at our hotel. The data collected for these purposes will not be stored by us.

3. Compliance with applicable administrative, accounting, and tax regulations. Your consent is not required for these purposes. Personal data is processed by us and our data protection officers and is only shared outside the company when legally required. If you refuse to provide the necessary data for the aforementioned purposes, we will be unable to offer you the requested services. The data collected for these purposes will be stored by us for the legally required period (10 years – longer in the case of tax audits);

4. To expedite check-in on your next visit to our apartment. For this purpose, your data will be stored after obtaining your consent at check-in (which can be revoked at any time) and used for the reasons stated above the next time you are our guest;

5. To send you promotional messages and updates on special offers and promotions. For this purpose, your data will be stored after your voluntary consent and will not be shared with third parties. You can revoke your consent at any time;

We would also like to inform you that the European Regulation grants you certain rights, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability, where and to the extent applicable (Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation No. 679, 2016).
